Hoff will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Flasher, N.D. Burial will be in St. Lawrence Cemetery. Mr. Hoff, 91, of Flasher, died Saturday (Sept. 20, 2008) at his home. He is the father of Charlotte (Brian) Krebs of Oronoco. Other survivors include seven additional daughters, JoAnn (Jim) Kokales of Aberdeen, S.D., Evelyn Miller of Seattle, Phyllis Pasicznyk of Kennewick, Wash., Bernice (Tim) Thomas of Mandan, N.D., Joyce (John) Miller of Flasher, Jean (Marty) Babel of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Jacquelyn (Don) Brandt of Bismarck, N.D.; five sons, Leander (friend, Vi Eckroth), Lawrence (Mavis) and Raymond (Janice), all of Flasher, Leo (Susan) of Bismarck, and John (Pam) of Flasher; 43 grandchildren; 52 great-grandchildren; a brother, Adam (Katherine) of Arena, N.D.; and three sisters, Ann Zins of Flasher, Eva (Phillip) Schaff of Mandan and Minnie Zent of Seattle. Mr. Hoff was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret, in 2003; and an infant daughter. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan, and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at St. Lawrence Catholic Church.
