Alfred Wahl
Alfred Wahl, eighty-one years of age passed away on January 29, 2005 at Leah's Adult Family Home in Chehalis. He was born and raised in McClusky, North Dakota; one of twelve children of Theo and Kate Wahl.
During World War II he joined the Navy Air Corps. He returned and married Lillian Marie Werner of Seattle, Washington, and together they raised two daughters, Kathleen and Donna. There are also three granddaughters and one great granddaughter.
Al joined the Seattle Police Department and retired in 1978. He and his wife retired to Morton where he was a past master of the Masonic Lodge. Al also owned Wahl Masonry. Much of his brick work and stone masonry will stand in Seattle and surrounding areas for many years to come.
A memorial service will be held at Central Lutheran Church in Morton with Pastor Greg Wightman officiating at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 12, 2005. Following the service, family and friends will gather in the church fellowship hall.
