She was the former Marie Dolores Gambrell and a member of St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Schuler; a son, Dr. Joseph N. (Phyllis) Schuler of Maysville, KY; daughters, Martha "Marti" (Buddy) Weihe of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Joan (Ted) Stone, MSCCC/SLP; a sister, Jane Griley; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grand-children. Her funeral Mass will be held at noon Friday at St. Stephen Martyr Church, 2931 Pindell Ave., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Hwy. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society. Published in The Courier-Journal on 1/22/2004.
