She was 72. Mrs. Wegmann was born in Gray and lived in Mandeville for the past 26 years. She was a graduate of Francis T. Nicholls High School. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Lutheran Women's League, and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and was involved in the shut-in ministry of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Survivors include her husband, Emmett Wegmann; a son, Robert Michael Wegmann; a daughter, Cheryl W. Dunn; a brother, Terry Dorsey; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held today at 11:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 1 N. Marigold Drive, Covington. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Burial will be in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. E.J. Fielding Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
