Blanche retired from the Grandview Inn after 30 years of service. She moved to Canton, Oh. after her retirement. Lifelong resident of Grandview Heights, returning in 1997. She is preceded in death by parents William and Margaret Goehring, sisters and brother Maxine Goehring, Martha Lee White and Donald Raymond Goehring. Survived by nieces, Barbara Rice, Margaret Goehring and Andrea Goehring Roeble; many great-nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Goldia showed unconditional love and concern to her family, friends, and all who knew her throughout her life. Prayer service 12:30 p.m. Saturday where the family will receive friends at St. Raphael's Home for the Aged and Infirmed, 1550 Roxbury Rd. Fr. Lawrence H. Nolan officiating. Burial Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Oh. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Raphael's Home for the Aged and Infirmed, 1550 Roxbury Rd., Columbus, Oh. 43212.
