CANFIELD – Colleen Ann Myers, 49, of Canfield, died at 2:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 7, 2011, at her home.
She was born Feb. 17, 1962, in Alliance, the daughter of Kenneth and Marilyn (Hupp) Zwick.
Colleen worked as an accountant for several years and later worked as a home health aide for an autistic child.
She moved to Canfield five months ago from Geneva, where she was a resident for 20 years. Mrs. Myers had been a member of Saint Gabriel’s Catholic Church in Minerva, a 1980 graduate of Minerva High School and was in the top 10 of her class, a member of F. H. A., and was “THE” crafting queen.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas E. Myers, whom she married Feb. 12, 1983; a daughter, Jessica Lindsay Myers of Canfield and a student at Bowling Green; a son, Dean Edward Myers of Canfield; her parents, Kenneth and Marilyn Zwick of East Rochester; and three brothers, Tom (Lena) Zwick of Clinton, Terry (Judie) Zwick of Minerva and Kevin (Marcia) Zwick of Atwater.
A daughter, Sarah Jane Myers, preceded her in death.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home, 1014 East State St. in Salem, with Father Victor Cinson officiating.
Calling hours will be held today from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Stark Memorial.
Burial will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Hanoverton.
