SPENCER, Betty Louise 91, of Blacklick, Ohio, passed away, March 13, 2013, at home.
She was born in Cambridge, Ohio, Aug. 4, 1921.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorthy and Basil Moffatt, husband, Charles Spencer, and daughter, Sondra Newman.
She is survived by sisters, Marjorie Obermann and Shirley (Charles) McKinstry; children: Richard (Linda) Spencer, Jerry (Janie) Spencer, Douglas (Terrie) Spencer, Diane (Robert) Conway, and Janice (Robert) Liggett; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial plans to be made by family for April 15, 2013.
