She was the daughter of Raymond and Margaret (Stapleton) Schwinnen. On Feb 13, 1943, he married Ernest C. Lause, who preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, Dennis (DeeAnn), CA; two daughters: Sandy Schimmoeller and Lorrie (Michael) Metzger, both Delphos; and six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Deceased are three sisters: Jeannette Hoel, Pauline Lause and Norma Miller. She and her husband owned and operated the Rustic for 20 years. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and enjoyed playing cards, crossword puzzles, crocheting, knitting and gardening. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos, with Rev. David Reinhart officiating.
