She was born June 10, 1925, in Delphos to Ray and Margaret Stepleton Schwinnen, who preceded her in death. On Oct. 9, 1943, she married Norval "Bunny" Lause, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Lause retired as co-owner and operator of Star Cafe, Delphos. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting and playing bingo and euchre. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Hoel. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos. Father Charles Obinaw will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Delphos. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at Harter & Schier Funeral Home, Delphos, where a parish wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
