Christopher Gordon GROVE CITY Christopher Gordon, 72, Grove City RD 2, died Wednesday in Bonetti Convalescent Home, Harrisville, following an illness of three year's duration. He was born In Mars, Jan. 22, 1900, a son of James A. and Anna Margaret Baldhurst. He was married to Harriett Lipp and also to Mary Kams in 1953. A retired employe of the P. Wall Mfg. Co., Grove City, he had been employed as a foreman for many years. Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Elton (Ruth) Davis, Grove City RD 3; Mrs. Lester (Jeanne) Sopher, Grove City RD 2 and Mrs. Edward (Edna) McConnell, Grove City; one step-daughter, Mrs. David Dean; Northeast; two stepsons, Cecil Karns, Grove City RD 4 and Fred Karns, Ft. Orange, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Lester (Anna) Walters, Pittsburgh and Mrs. Flora Schildk-meght, Wexford, and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded In death by two sisters, Betty and Lila and four brothers, William, Elmer, Alfred and Edward. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 : 30 p.m. Saturday at the Cunningham Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. William Dandoy, pastor of East Main United Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Crestvlew Memorial Park. The family will receive friends In the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. this evening and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.
