He is survived by his wife, Barbara Leedy Mandery of Maysville; one son: Roger Kennedy of Portsmouth, Ohio; three daughters, Cindy Herrmann of Osgood, Ind., Brenda Smith of W.Va. and Vickie Bivens of Stout, Ohio; one sister, Linda Cone of Moores Hill, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at Wilson Home for Funerals. Rev Wayne Harper will be officiating. Burial will follow at the McKendree Cemetery.
