  [S927] Obituary. Obituary John Thomas McTighe, 62, of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, passed away peacefully on September 21st, 2013. John was born on October 14, 1951 in Coeur d'Alene to John Richard and Velda McTighe. He attended local schools, graduating from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1969. For many years John worked as a lineman working on power and communication lines across the United States. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. John was also a talented woodworker and carpenter, and enjoyed the game of pool, rock collecting and outdoor recreation. He will be remembered for his thoughtfullness and unique perspective on life. John is survived by his mother Velda McTighe and brother Steve in Coeur d'Alene, brother Jeff (Holly) in West Richland, WA and numerous relatives in South Dakota and other parts of the United States. Memorial Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday September 30, 2013 at Yates Funeral Home Coeur d'Alene Chapel.
