Perkins; two sons, Frank Perkins and Patrick Perkins and wife, Cynthia; two daughters, Sheila D. Piazza and husband, Wayne, and Michelle E. Busby and husband, Shannon; one sister, Dorothy M. Richards; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank J. Perkins and Agnes Jacobs Perkins Lafleur; one grandson, Jeffery Piazza; two daughters, Linda Lee Perkins and Claire Ellen Boudreaux; and one brother, Sydney Lafleur Jr. Samart Funeral Home of Houma is in charge of arrangements.
