Kenneth Eugene Eichler Birth: Aug. 14, 1950 Ohio, USA Death: Oct. 29, 2009 Ohio, USA Kenneth Eugene Eichler, age 59, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to Muriel (Spencer) Eichler and Walter Louis Eichler on August 14, 1950. Ken grew up in Randolph, Ohio and was an active lifetime member of St. Joseph Parish. He attended St. Joseph's Grade School and graduated from Waterloo High School. Ken went on to Central Hower Trade School for his carpenter apprenticeship and certification. Ken worked at Teledyne Monarch for 19 years, Allen Keith Construction, and Robinson Memorial Hospital. In addition to being a devoted son, husband, father, and grandfather, he enjoyed photography, history, and reading, with a special interest in the Civil War. Ken truly was a friend to all he knew. Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Kathleen (Buehrle) Eichler; beloved father, Walter L. Eichler; loving children, Dennis (Michelle) Eichler, Christopher (Erica) Eichler, and Eric Eichler; also survived by his treasured granddaughter, Melanie and sister-in-law, Therese Eichler. He was preceded in death by his mother, Muriel Eichler and his brother, David Eichler. Cremation has taken place. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Reverend Robert Pfeiffer and Reverend James Lang. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery.
