HILDA M. PATTERSON
Mrs. Hilda Mae Patterson, 81, formerly of Zanesville, died at 6 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, in Coshocton County Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She had been a resident of West Lafayette Care Center for the past four years.
She was born Nov. 18, 1900, in Zanesville, the daughter of Andrew and Bessie Baughman Schenk and was a member of St. James Episcopal Church.
Mrs. Patterson was a 50-year member of Order of the Eastern Star 485 and was a member of the Veteransof Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Her husband, Peter died June 29, 1980.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jack (Marian) Homman of Coshocton and Mrs. Harold (Betty) Smock of Dayton; on son, Lt. Col. Robert E> Patterson of Dover, Del.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at DeLong and Baker Funeral Home, where arrangements are incomplete.
