Obituary, The Barnesville Enterprise, June 4, 1986, P. 2, Column 4, Section - Williaam Vanaman: William B. Vanaman, 70, 734 Wiley Ave., Barnesville, died May 28, 1986 in Barnesville Hospital. He was born December 22, 1915 in Bellaire, a son of Malcolm Vanaman of Louisville and the late Margaret Barrett Vanaman. Mr. Vanaman was a retired coal miner and a member of the Assumption Church at Barnesville, Moose Lodge 1304, and Elks Lodge 1699. In addition to his father, he leaves his wife, Martha Hunkler Vanaman; three daughters, Mrs. Anson (Karen) Russell of Maple Heights, Mrs. James (Phyllis) Kiser of Barnesville, and Mary Christine Vanaman of Cuyahoga Falls; two half brothers, Malcolm Vanaman of Cuyahoga Falls and Edwin Vanaman of Akron; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Kinney and Mrs. Bernadine Twinem, both of Louisville; and two grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday morning with Rev. Fr. Charles Mascolino the celebrant. Burial followed in Assumptiom Cemetery.
