Baker, 50, of 308 Buckeye St., Tiltonsville, Ohio (formerly of Woodsfield, Ohio) passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, Ohio. He was born at Barnesville, Ohio on January 4, 1962 a son of Charles and Blanche Kinney Baker. Kirk was the water superintendent for the village of Bellaire, Ohio and was a member of the Woodsfield Church of Christ, Woodsfield, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Sheila Shinaberry Baker whom he married on July 21, 1984; three daughters: Jennifer Baker and her fiancé, Ari Maquardt, Kayla Baker, and Krista Baker; all of Tiltonsville, Ohio; one brother, Neil (Pam) Baker of Williamstown, West Virginia. He was preceded in death by a sister, Marsha Fuscardo. Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 S.R. 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 11 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. Tuesday with Harry Summers officiating.
