A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Jude's Catholic Church for Frank Keller, 77, of Havre. He died Wednesday at his home. A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Friday at the Holland and Bonine Chapel and burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Mr. Keller was born on Aug. 7,1908 near Odessa, Russia. He came to the United States with his family in 1910 and they settled in Kansas. In 1918, they moved toa farm north of Havre and he attended Miller Country School. He worked at Scared Heart Hospital, St. Jude's Parish and other various jobs until going to work for the Great Northern Railway in 1941. He worked for Great Northern Railroad and the Burlington Northern Railroad until his retirement in 1974. On Sept. 1,1936, he married Elinor Rist in Havre. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed gardening and working on cars. He was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include his wife, sons David, of San Jose, Calif., Richard of Ft. Carson, Colo., Lear of West Chicago, Ill. Pat of Ridgecrest, Calif., and Chris of San Jose, Calif., brothers Julius of Seattle, and Tony of Richmond, Calif., sisters Frances Malsam of Havre, Sister Mary Sabine of Redwood City, Calif. Christine Jacoby and Barbara Weinman both of Settle and Helen Anderson of Tacoma, Wash., and eight grandchildren. The family suggests memorial of donors choice.
