She was born in Charleston, a daughter of the late Wesley W. and Venus M. Rose Jarrett. She was a lifelong member of Central United Methodist Church, 24-year employee of Kanawha Valley Hospital and loved to collect dolls and antiques. Surviving Thelma are her son and daughter-in-law, Harry (Jack) and Nancy Love of Charleston; granddaughter and husband, Cindy and David Mills of Scott Depot; several grandchildren, one of which is grandson Geoffrey Seabolt of Charleston; great-grandchildren; nephews; and nieces. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, at Wilson funeral Home of Charleston. Burial will follow in the Jarrett Cemetery, Elkview.
