Born on Aug. 30, 1921, he attended Central High School and served in the Pacific during World War II aboard the aircraft carrier, USS Bon Homme Richard. He worked for more than 40 years at Randolph Cutting Die in North St. Louis before his retirement in 1984. He is survived by his wife Eleanor, daughters Charmaine Rehg and Yvonne Rehg Smith, all of San Luis Obispo County, Calif, and grandson Nathan Zygmund of Houston, Tex. Services: He will be interred in a private ceremony at St. Peters Cemetery in St. Louis. Published in St. Louis Post-Dispatch on November 15, 2010
