  [S927] Obituary. Mary C. Scholl, 80, of Mechanicsburg died Saturday, Dec. 27, 2003, in Holy Spirit Hospital. Born Feb. 10, 1923, in Jersey City, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Adeline (Loeffel) Williams. She was a volunteer at both the Mechanicsburg Public Library and the St. Joseph School Library. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg, a 28-year member of the Susquehanna Valley Camping Club, and a former member of the Mechanicsburg Art Association. Mrs. Scholl is survived by her husband of 58 years, Ernest Scholl; a daughter, Patricia Williams of Harrisburg; a son, Edwin Scholl of Mechanicsburg; and seven grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in her church, 400 E. Simpson St., Mechanicsburg, with the Rev. Chester P. Snyder as celebrant. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Malpezzi Funeral Home, 8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, with a prayer service at 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church building fund, P.O.
