Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Ron was born December 23, 1953, in Bismarck, ND, the son of John and Veronica (Ressler) Emineth. He grew up and attended schools in Bismarck. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in February 1972, where he received the National Defense Service Medal and his High School Diploma. Ron married Cindy Bauer on June 11, 1977, in Bismarck. Together they were blessed with one son, Chris, born May 15, 1979. Chris was always the highlight of his life. Ron enjoyed driving truck for Jim Loehrke Jr. Trucking and Jim Ressler Trucking, visiting all of the lower 48 states with his wife and son in the passenger seat and sleeper of the truck. Together, they enjoyed many journeys. One of Ron's biggest joys was jumping into a vehicle and hitting the road. With no destination in mind, but at the end of the journey he would always surprise someone with a visit, whether it was around the corner or across the states. Ron's most pleasurable times were the annual trips to the Sturgis Bike Rally with his son, where they took day long bike rides through the canyons; bingo trips to the casino with his wife, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and neighbor, Dorothy; darts and cheering at his sons softball games, where he was known as "Big Papa"; and most of all the long days and nights spent restoring a 1965 Plymouth Barccuda with with his son and entering it in car shows. Ron, always living life to the fullest, was confused with the most pleasurable and heartbreaking moments of his life in 2010. He was blessed with his one and only grandson, Brayden, in February 2010. Together they became the best of buds. Brayden couldn't do wrong. Ron played with him daily and together they enjoyed sitting at the table tapping their fingers on the table at each other. Ron always called him "Buddy." Ron ended his year with the loss of his sweetheart, Cindy, in October 2010. Ron is survived by his son, Chris (Aleshia), Bismarck; his grandson, Brayden John, Bismarck; his step-mother, Mathilda Emineth, Bismarck; brother, Danny Emineth and his special friend, Linda Bitz, Mandan; two sisters, Geraldine (Wallace) Sharry, Cheektowaga, NY, and Gloria (Dean) Romsaas, Buda, TX; his mother-in-law, Mary Jean Bauer, Bismarck; his sister-in-law, Lori (Joe) LaCoe, Bismarck; his brother-in-law, Alan (Lynne) Bauer, Bismarck; six nieces, six nephews, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; all the dart players; all of his son's friends who thought of him like a dad and were never afraid to let him know; and the two family dogs, Malique and Daunte. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy; his mother, Veronica; father, John; his father-in-law, Don; his brother-in-law, Donnie; and sister-in-law, Vicki.
