Marjorie Cummins Rozgony, 80, of Terre Haute, passed away Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus. Marjorie was born on Dec. 15, 1929, to Alice Kinberger Cummins and William ?Eddie? Cummins and was a lifelong resident of Terre Haute.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Frank Joseph (Joe) Rozgony. Survivors include her three daughters, Lisa Rozgony of Boca Raton, Fla., Susan Rozgony Goings and her husband Larry of Terre Haute, and Lori Rozgony Pezzulo and her husband Dan of Lake Worth, Fla.; three grandchildren, Ryan Goings and wife Jodi Smith Goings, and Lara Goings Montfort and husband Philip, all of Terre Haute, and Isabella Pezzulo of Lake Worth; four great-grandchildren, Carter Goings, Maci Goings, Frank Montfort, and Chloe Montfort of Terre Haute.
Marjorie was a January 1948 graduate of Wiley High School. She worked for many years in customer service at CBS. She also enjoyed volunteering at a local Food Pantry.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the residents and staff of Cobblestone Crossing Health Campus (assisted living and health care) for their compassionate care and friendship and for making her last years happy and fulfilling. The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Cobblestone Crossings Health Campus assisted living for activity development.
Visitation is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, at Roselawn Funeral Home, 7500 N. Clinton St., with services at 2 p.m. Entombment is in Roselawn Memorial Park.
