  [S927] Obituary. Raymond Wissel Jr. VINCENNES ? Raymond V. Wissel Jr., 80, died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2003, at Good Samaritan Hospital. He retired from Indiana Bell Telephone in 1987, after 42 years, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. During World War II, he worked at the Evansville Shipyards, building LSTs. Surviving are his wife, Edith; a son, Michael R. Wissel; two daughters, Marilyn "Sue" Evans and Peggy Jean Clark; three brothers, Paul D., John and Joe Wissel; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. EST Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Duesterberg-Fredrick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
