Widow of Attorney Succumbs
Mrs. Margaret Murphy Keenan, widow of John S. Keenan, Rochester attorney, died yesterday at the summer home of a son, Timothy M., 30 Clio St. Although she had been in falling health for about two years, death came unexpectedly.
A native of Macedon, Mrs. Keenan had resided in Rochester since her marriage in 1897. Her husband died in 1917. Her home was at 416 Park Ave.
A daughter, Mrs. Arthur Jennings, wife of a Rochester attorney, now is traveling in Europe with her husband and two sons. She also leaves another daughter, Mrs. John J. Lehner, wife of a Rochester physician; two sons, Timothy, attorney, and Dr. John F., member of the staff of Iola Sanatorium, and four grandsons.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament Church, with burial in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.
