Harvey Amm Harvey Amm, 94, of Sunman, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital in Batesville. He was born on April 17, 1913 in Dearborn County, the son of Edward and Margaret Brandt Amm. He married Helen Huber on August 1, 1936 and she preceded him in death on September 19, 1985. Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Jones and her husband Oliver of Greensburg and Janet Bodenburg and her husband Estel of Napoleon; five grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and sister, Hilda Benning of Sunman. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Irene Thomas; brothers, Vernon and Delmer Amm. Mr. Amm retired from farming and was a member of St. Jacob United Church of Christ ? Blue Creek. He also served as president of the Local Farmers Mutual Fire and Lightening Insurance Company. Visitation is being held today, Thursday, October 18 from 4-8 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home in Sunman. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 19 at 11 a.m. at the St. Jacob United Church of Christ ? Blue Creek with Rev. Craig Amlin, Pastor of St. Jacob UCC ? Blue Creek. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be given to the St. Jacob Cemetery Fund.
