"Johnny" Frank, 87, of 2734 Coopermill Road, Zanesville, passed away at 8:05 p.m. Friday, May 12, 2006, at Genesis Hospital, Morrison House. Harold was born Aug. 23, 1918, in Martins Ferry. He was employed as a foreman at Allied Tile in South Zanesville and also worked for the Mosaic Tile Co. in Zanesville.Harold served his countryin the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II, serving in the theaters of China, Burma, and India, repairing B24 aircraft as part of the 308th Bomb Group,428 Squadron. ADVERTISEMENT Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, May 16, 2006, at the Thompson-Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls,with the Rev. James Ross officiating.
