Military Rites will be given by the Adams County Honor Guard.Memorials may be made to Boys and Girls Club of Lewis County, Kentucky, P.O. Box 158 Vanceburg, Kentucky 41179 or Countryside Church of Christ.Wallace-Thompson Funeral Homes, Lewis-Sullivan Chapel in Seaman is in charge of the arrangements.
