EORGETOWN - Mary Elizabeth Burke Sinclair, 99, Cynthiana, formerly of Georgetown, homemaker and widow of Benjamin Vance Sinclair Sr., died Mon., Nov., 14, 2005 at Edgemont Health Care. A native of Bourbon County, she was the daughter of the late George and Emma Shoemaker Burke and was a member of St. John Catholic Church and the Catholic Women's Service Organization. Survivors include one daughter, Theresa (William D.) Martin, Cynthiana; daughter in law, Joyce C. Sinclair, Georgetown, and son in law, John Vickers, Stamping Ground; 11 grandchildren, Mary Nelson (Terry) Hunt, William S. Martin, Marlene Riggle, Michael R. (Leigh) Martin, Douglas (Jenny) Vickers, Gregory Vickers, Janice (Todd) Roberts, Brenda (Jeff) Arkenau, Bradley (Bo) Vickers, Susan Sinclair and Mark (Janice) Sinclair; 23 great grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Rose S. Vickers; one son, Ben V. Sinclair Jr.; one grandson, Jeffrey Sinclair; one sister, Katherine Stevens and six brothers, Louis, George, Ed, Charlie, Albert and Eugene Burke. Mass of Christian burial will be 11 am Thurs. at St. John Catholic Church by Father John E. List. Burial will be in the Georgetown Cemetery. Mrs. Sinclair's grandsons will serve as casket bearers and her granddaughters will serve as honorary bearers. Visitation will begin 9:30 am Thurs. at the church until time of services.
