Rita was born January 2, 1927 in Shelby County, Indiana to Victor and Cecelia (Beyer) Hammerle.While residing in Toledo, Ohio, she was a loving parishioner of St. Pius Catholic Church and was employed by St. Pius School where she was in charge of the Audio Visual Dept.After retiring to Sun City in 1977, she resided in the Royal Oaks Retirement Community and was a member of St. Joachim and St. Anne Parish.She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Walsh. Survivors include her son, Michael (Teri) Walsh; daughter, Martha Ogle; brother, Ronald Hammerle; six grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.Visitation will be 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. with a rosary at 5:00 P.M., Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Avenue, Sun City, Arizona. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 18, 2008 at St. Joachim and St. Anne Catholic Church, 11625 - 111th Avenue, Sun City, Arizona.
