  [S927] Obituary. FOOSE, Albert Keith, of Lodi, Calif., formerly of Wheeling, died January 24, 2010, at home. He was born August 19, 1949, in Wheeling, W. Va., son of Kay Stenger Foose and the late Albert V. Foose, Jr. He was a Catholic by faith, a graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School in 1967, and attended West Liberty University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force; a computer technician for Rolm Corp., Siemens and IBM in Silicon Valley Calif. Surviving are his wife, Barbara Foster Foose and son, Thomas of Fort Lewis, WA.; three brothers Brian of Charleston, SC, Chuck and wife, Penny of Wellsburg, W.Va., and Rick of Minden, Nev.; one sister, Carol McLaughlin and husband, Jay of Wheeling. Also many nieces and nephews. Keith's passions in life were spending time with family and friends and a tremendous love for flying. Services were held at Mission Mortuary January 29 in Monterey, Calif.
