Klemm FLAG Earl David Klemm, 79, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Monday, July 17, 2006, at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte. He was born Nov. 5, 1926, in Wheeling, W.Va. Mr. Klemm was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army Air Corp. He moved from Fort Lauderale, Fla., to Port Charlotte 11 years ago. Mr. Klemm retired as a mechanical engineer from Burroughs Corp., with 48 years of service. He was a member of Elks Lodge 2153, Senior Friends of Port Charlotte and Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Georgia V. (Oliver) Klemm; a son, David of Tampa, Fla.; two grandchildren, Brianne Hudgins and Kaitlin Klemm; and a brother, Jack Klemm of Wheeling. He was preceded in death by his son, Trace; and a brother, William. Services will be private. The family requests contributions to the Scleroderma Research Foundation, 2320 Bath St. #307, Santa Barbara, CA 93105. Arrangements are by Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Flagler Beach, Fla.
