She was born January 14, 1940 in Pana, the daughter of Richard and Helen Paradee Budds. Dee had lived most of her life in Pana, and was a health care provider. She enjoyed painting, ceramics, family gatherings, country music, and playing scratch-off tickets. She was also a charter member of the Pana Eagles Club. Dee was united in marriage to Jim Mizeur on November 15, 1975 in Pana. He survives in Pana, along with children: Steve Wilderman, Decatur, IL; Melody Hundley & husband Terry, Warrensburg, IL; & Monica Puckett & husband Kevin, Pana, IL; step son: Steve Mizeur & wife Bonnie, Pana, IL; 8 grandchildren: Wesley, Heath, Tiffany, Shane, Todd, Stacey, Aubrey, and Austin; step grandson: Tyler; 7 great grandchildren; mother: Helen Budds, Pana, IL; 12 brothers & sisters: Vivian Klingberg & husband Ray, Pana, IL; Carolyn Kingston, Windsor, IL; Richard D.
