She was born April 22, 1932, at Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Everett and Elsie (Keller) Seebaugh. Pearl was a 1952 graduate of PHS, had been employed at CCMH and the Parkersburg Holiday Inn, and was a member of Grace Gospel Church and had attended Pleasant View Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Clay; two sons, James (Teresa) and Ron (Penny), both of Parkersburg; two sisters, Barb Bargeloh (Wayne) and Myrtle Deems, both of Mineral Wells; three brothers, Tom Seebaugh (Iona) and Bob Seebaugh (Linda), both of Parkersburg, and Jim Seebaugh (Elaine) of Maine; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cindy Miihlbach; and one son, David Miihlbach. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg, with Pastor Roger Benson officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Mineral Wells. The family will receive visitors from 2-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
