  [S927] Obituary. Madelle E. Towers, nee Boehmer, 95, of Freeburg, IL, born August 19, 1911, in Hamburg, MO, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at Freeburg Care Center, Freeburg, IL. Mrs. Towers was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Freeburg, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene R. "Bud" Towers, whom she married May 17, 1933, and who died August 27, 1974; her parents, Anthony and Katherine, nee Engelmeyer, Boehmer; a brother, Sylvester Boehmer; and two sisters, Estelle Sammelman and Florence Skrivan. She is survived by two sons, Gary (Bonnie) Towers and Dale Towers, both of Freeburg, IL; three grandchildren, Brad (Kim) Towers and Connie (Rick) Trout, both of Freeburg, IL, and Tracy (Robert) Waller of St. Libory, IL; and seven great-grandchildren.
