  [S927] Obituary. Delucenay John Thomas, 44, Avilla, died May 26, 2005 in his home. He was born June 16, 1958 in Garrett, the son of Leo and Kathryn (Wilks) DeLucenay. He lived all of his life in Avilla. Surviving are daughters, Elizabeth Delucenay, Sandy Pfefferkorn and Stacy Hinkson; siblings, Judy Bohn, Mary Sue Hurley, Kent, Denny and Beth Delucenay. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Duehmig. He was a union plumber for Shambaugh & Sons, Fort Wayne, and had served on the town council in the 1990s. He was a charter member of the Avilla Jaycee's and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church where funeral mass was held. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery. ~ 6-2-2005
