  [S927] Obituary. Irene A. Hupp, 90, of 45680 Bean Ridge Road, Summerfield, Ohio passed away Thursday, October 25, 2012 at her home. She was born near Carlisle, Ohio on March 30, 1922 a daughter of the late William and Cecilia Crum Archer. Irene was a homemaker and loved quilting. She was a member of the former St. Joseph Catholic Church at Burkhart, Ohio and was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Belle Valley, Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Ricky Hupp and William “Billy” Hupp; three brothers, Paul, Howard, and Bernard Archer; and two sisters, Clara Morrison and Lucy Dick. Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Albert Hupp of the home; five sons, Robert (Anna) Hupp of Belle Valley, Ohio, Phil Hupp of the home, James (Theresa) Hupp of Carlisle, Ohio, John (Cheryl) Hupp of Sarahsville, Ohio, and Joe (Davina) Hupp of Summerfield, Ohio; four daughters, Janie (Billie) Harris of Columbus, Ohio, Josephine (Richard) Knight of Columbus, Ohio, Julia (Ronald) Saling of Caldwell, Ohio, and Diane (Gary) Cox of Columbus, Ohio; one daughter-in-law, Debbie Hupp of Summerfield, Ohio; two brothers, James Archer of Sharon, Ohio, and Andrew (Dorla) Archer of Caldwell, Ohio; twenty-eight grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Brubach-Watters Funeral Home, 202 Main Street, Summerfield, Ohio from 4-8p.m. Friday with vigil services at 7:30p.m. Friends then received at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 221 Main Street, Belle Valley, Ohio from 9a.m. until the time of the funeral liturgy with mass at 10a.m. Saturday with Rev. Fr. Wayne Morris as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Belle Valley, Ohio.[Watters Online Obituary]
