Charles E. Bush
Died: Sunday, July 18, 2004
Charles E. Bush, 90, Hollywood, Fla., died July 18, 2004, in Hollywood.
A native of Ramsey, born Sept. 15, 1913, he was the son of the late Martin and Clara Gettlefinger Bush.
He owned and operated Bush Aviation for 50-plus years at Fort Lauderdale Airport, was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, where he served as an usher since 1948, and the Knights of Columbus, and was active at St. Vincent-Depaul.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen.
Survivors include three sons, Charles Jr. and Christopher Bush and Michael Broderick of Texas; three daughters, Ellen Dyer of Florida, Mary Shipko of Ohio and Ann Davison of Arizona; a brother, Andrew Bush of California; 18 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: Wednesday, July 21, at Little Flower Catholic Church followed by burial in Indiana.
Arrangements: Wintter Family Funeral and Cremation Service of Hollywood, Fla.
Memorial service: Saturday, July 31, at 4 p.m. at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Frenchtown.
