Daus, 78, of 104 Fairlawn Road, died at 12:15 a.m. Thursday at National Health Enterprises-Northfield. He was a retired machinist at American Standard Co., where he worked 43 years. Survivors include a son, John R. Daus; two daughters, Mrs. Rita D. Buechler of Bradford, Ind., and Mary Ella Daus; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 3345 Lexington Road, with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. The family will be at Ratterman's, 3711 Lexington Road, from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Family links: Spouse: Anna C.
