A native of Elizabeth, born Feb. 2, 1910, she was the daughter of the late George and Matilda Miller. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bradford. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Gettelfinger, and a son, Donald Gettelfinger. Survivors include three sons, John F. and Harlan Joe Gettelfinger, both of Palmyra, and Dave Gettelfinger of Laconia; six daughters, Pauline Receveur and Mary Evelyn Sprigler, both of New Albany, Ann Knable of Georgetown, Hilda Thieneman of Corydon, Marcella Stumler of Starlight and Delores Striegel of Floyds Knobs; 40 grandchildren; and 58 great-grandchildren. Funeral: Monday, March 27, at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bradford with burial in the church cemetery. Arrangements: Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
