Born Dec. 13, 1911, in Dubois County, Ind., she was the daughter of the late Henry Brosmer and Elizabeth (Pieper) Brosmer. She was a housewife. She was very active in and member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Surviving are her son, Rudolf L. (Barbara) Jansen of Cincinnati, Ohio; daughters, Shirley J. (John Bush) Peel of Seattle, Wash., Mary Lou Bienz of and Rita (Steven) King, both of Fort Wayne, and Bette Lynn (Larry) Lindley of Terre Haute; sister, Bernadine Mulligan of Milford, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17, 2010, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Fr. Cyril Fernandes officiating.
