Louis M. Beyer
Louis M. Beyer, 94, of Evansville, passed away Friday, April 9, 2004, at CORE Nursing and Rehabilitation Cen- ter. Mr. Beyer worked for Chrysler for 24 years. He later worked in the maintenance department at Columbia Apartments and at Pinkerton Security. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Owls and the Eagles. Mr. Beyer loved to hunt.
He is survived by two sons, Louis C. Beyer and William L. Beyer, both of Evansville; one brother, Virgil J. Beyer of Evansville; six grandchildren, Alan, William and Jeannie Beyer, Kim Martin, Janet Spears and Teresa Kinman; 14 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Beyer was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Irene (Vogel) Beyer, in 2000.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Pierre Funeral Home, the Rev. Theodore Tempel officiating. Entombment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
Friends may visit from 2 until 8 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2004, at Pierre Funeral Home, 2601 W. Franklin Street.
Memorial contributions may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor.
