Carl Benjamin Brown

Death: May 22, 1989
Carl B. Brown, 89, formerly of 801 Tygart St., Parkersburg, died Monday evening at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
John Harvey and Mary Ellen McWilliams Brown. He attended Limestone United Methodist Church.
He retired from DuPont in 1965 and was a former employee of Standard Oil Company and American Viscose. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Sterling and Fanell Brown of Parkersburg; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a grandson Gary Brown in 1964; four brothers and three sisters.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Kimes Funeral Home with the Rev. Harold Custer officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Friends may call the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
