Fred H. Lahr, 73, died Friday morning at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Garber of Huntington in Jackson Township. Mr. Lahr was born October 18, 1856 to Philip and Anna M. Lahr in Jackson Township. His marriage was to Mary A. Gross, March 19, 1885. The wife died January 4, 1929. Surviving are a son, William E. Lahr of Clear Creek Township, seven grandchildren, two brothers, Jacob A. Lahr of Huntington and the Rev. H. Lahr of Bucyrus, Ohio, and five sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Vogt of Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Mary Sigg, Miss Caroline Lahr, Miss Hannah Lahr Thorn all of Huntington Township. Burial will be at Reformed Cemetery.
