Harold Lucas
Harold W. "Luke" Lucas, 92, Barnesville, Ohio died Friday at his home.
He was born Dec. 1, 1913 in Somerton, Ohio, son of the late Fred and Maggie (Schneider) Lucas.
He was a retired machine operator with R & F Coal Co. He was a member of the Barnesville Moose Lodge for over 50 years, and was baptized into the Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Cedora P. (Warrick) Lucas; a son William E. Lucas; a daughter Nancy Allar; a sister Margaret Wharton; three brothers, Paul, Charles, and Monford Lucas and a grandson Kim Lucas.
Surviving are a daughter Sharon (Harry) Morris of Barnesville, 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut St., Barnesville, Ohio with Rev. Andrew Woods officiating. Burial in Southern Cemetery, Barnesville.
