Death of Mrs. Mary Wolfe
Mrs. Mary Wolfe, wife of Andrew Wolfe, died Friday morning at one o'clock at her home at New Salisbury. She was bedfast with stomach trouble for six weeks.
Mrs. Wolfe is survived by her husband and seven children - four by a former marriage. The children are: Pete, John and Fred Redman and Mrs. Lon Sieviking, of New Albany. Mrs. Sadie McWilliams, of Taswell. Mrs. Julia Clark, of Kansas, Mrs. Rose Brock, of New Albany.
Funeral services were held Saturday conducted by Rev. Oster, of Georgetown, and the burial was in the old M.E. cemetery at Central Barren.
Mrs. Wolfe was past sixty nine years old.

Mary C. Bigler, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bigler, was born Jan. 26, 1850, in Morgan township, Harrison county, Indiana. She died at her home in New Salisbury, April 3, 1919, having reached the age of sixty nine years, two months and eight days.
She married Mr. Fred Redman in the year 1871 at Louisville, Ky. To this union six children were born of whom four are yet living - namely Mrs. Louise Sieveking of New Albany, Fred H. of Omaha, Neb., Peter P. of Fithian, Ill., and John of Rockwell, Iowa. Her husband died in 1883.
She married Mr. Andrew Wolf in the year 1892 at Corydon, Indiana, who is left to mourn her departure. She leaves six brothers, six sisters, namely - Andrew Bigler, of Central Barren, Paul of Hancock Chapel. Frank, of Ramsey, William, of New Albany, Edward of New Middletown, John, of Rockwell City, Iowa, Mrs. Charles Heuser of Wallace, Idaho, Mrs. Louise Klieber, of New Albany. She also leaves thirteen grand children and one great grand child survives her.
With the exception of several years at St. Louis, Sister Wolf lived most of her life near her early home. We understand she is to be buried on the old home place where her cradle stood. Corydon Democrat 2-13-1919.
