Dowler; three daughters, Dianne McClung of Mineral Wells, Patty Williams and her husband, Bob, of St. Marys and Rose Jackson and her husband, Paul, of Belleville; two sons, Paul Dowler and wife, Lee, of Williamstown and Ray Dowler and wife, Kathy, of Parkersburg; one sister, Beatrice Matteson of Everett, Wash.; two brothers, George and Reeder Houck, both of Parkersburg; nine grandchildren, Craig Williams, Brett Williams, Dixi Gathman, Angela Richardson, Leslie Dowler, David Dowler, James Dowler, Amanda Dowler and Ian Brown; and six great-grandchildren, Alana, Hannah and Reagan Williams, Eli Brown and Miah and Anna Gathman.
