'Bob' Todd WEST MILTON - Clarence G. "Bob" Todd, 76, of West Milton, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. He was born Sept. 6, 1932, in Powhatton. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. and Louella M. (Newhart) Todd. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Rose Marie (Zovich) Todd; sons and daughter-in-law, Mark Todd of Memphis, Tenn. and Mike and Teri Todd of Springboro; daughters and son-in-law, Kathy and Harold Western of Vandalia, Kristy Todd of Franklin and Karen and Tony Sergent of West Milton; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Fran Moore of Bedford, Va.; and special friends, Bill Gothard of Clayton and Domenic Silverio of Shadyside. He served his country in the U.S. Army, 101st Airborne Division, from 1953-55. He was a Korean War veteran and Battery A876th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Battalion. He was a 1959 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in business and marketing. He was a member of Shadyside Methodist Church, Antioch Shrine Temple of Dayton, 50-year member of Master Mason Capital City, Columbus, American Legion Post 487, Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3621 and former vice president and member of Allied Men's Club of Dayton. A family and friends reception will be held from 1-3 p.m. Sunday at Eagles Aerie 3621, State Route 48, West Milton.
