  [S927] Obituary. Neil F. Graham, 63, of 100 Young Street, Woodsfield, Ohio died Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the Barnesville Hospital, Barnesville, Ohio. He was born at Barnesville, Ohio on April 6, 1946 a son of the late Dorsey and Ella Weckbacher Graham. Neil was a construction worker and a member of the Ohio Operating Engineers Local #18, Akron, Ohio. He was also a former employee of Texas Eastern Berne Station near Lewisville, Ohio. He was a member of the Woodsfield Christian Church, Woodsfield, Ohio; a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Era; a member of Stafford Lodge #300, F&A.M. and a member of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Cambridge, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Stuart Graham and Harry Graham; one sister, Betty Davis. Surviving are his wife, Mary Lee Williamson Graham whom he married on November 7, 1981; one sister: Mildred Piatt of Woodsfield, Ohio; two brothers: Billy (Shirley) Graham of Chardon, Ohio and Ronnie (Janet) Graham of Graysville, Ohio; a brother-in-law: Don Davis of Florida. Friends will be received at the Watters Funeral Home, 37501 S.R. 78 West, Woodsfield, Ohio from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 2010 where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 2, 2010 with Minister Scott Chambers and Rev. Richard Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery, Woodsfield, Ohio. Masonic services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
