Edward Wegmann
Edward J. Wegmann, 69, of Route 1, Woodlawn, died at 4 p.m. Sunday at his home. Mr. Wegmann was born in Illinois on August 07, 1904, the son of Nick and Minnie (Rostollan) Wegmann. He was maried to Margaret Piercy, who died earlier this year. Mr. Wegmann was a member of the Mt. Catherine Christian Church. He was a retired farmer.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Catherine Church, with the Rev. Gene Marlow officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call at Myers Chapel from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday. The body will be moved to the church at noon, Wednesday.
Mr. Wegmann is survived by two sons, Harold E. Wegmann,Woodlawn, and Jerry L. Wegmann, Winter Park Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Sue Connaway, Woodlawn; one brother, William Wegmann, Mt. Vernon; and one sister, Mrs Minnie Spangler, Birmingham, Ala. He was preceded in death by his wife, one brother and one son.
